PIXMA TR4522 - muted colors

I have a dilemma I just can’t figure out. I swapped out ink cartridges because they were running low and now my colors are muted. I have ran a cleaning, deep cleaning, reinstalled the drive and adjusted the colors with no luck.

Hi Char0115,

Are you using genuine Canon ink cartridges?

What program are you using to print your images?

Are you using Windows?  Mac?  iPhone?

Are you printing your image on plain paper?  Have you tried photo paper?
