MB2720 muted colors since firmware update

I have a MB2720 that took a firmware update a week or so ago. Ever since the update, the colors are "muted". For example, pinks really dark. Reds are now a dark magenta. Blue is now almost black. Yellows are so light you can barely see them. Only thing printing properly is black. 

I only use Cannon ink cartridges, and they are all over 50% full. I have tried power cycling the printer. I have done a standard ink head clean as well as a deep clean. Made no difference in the way the test page looked. It is doing this from multiple sources over multiple operating systems. I am out of ideas.

MB2720. Firmware version 3.0.90.
