PIXMA TR4522 low ink indicator error

• I could not find a posted solution that actually works for the tr4522 printer when I get "low ink" indicator. My cartridges are both new and Canon brand. With all the posted inquires there seems to be a problem  with the product itself.

Could you please take a picture of the ink cartridges and attach them to your reply? Also, what is the purchase date of the printer?
