i-SENSYS MF4320d: Error Use Current Size (Yes or No) Load Correct Paper Cassette A4

Hello everyone and thank you for accepting me in this community! I need a little help! I have a Canon i-SENSYS MF4320d printer, which worked flawlessly until a few months ago. Here's what happens: Regardless of whether I print from the computer or directly from the scanner (so it's not a driver problem!), after the first printed sheet it comes out 3-4 blank sheets, then the message "USE CURRENT SIZE(YES OR NO),LOAD CORRECT PAPER CASSETTE A4" appears on the display, and the red error indicator light flashes intermittently until I cancel the job. I suspected the paper sensors (PS801-PS804) and in the end, I changed them all, but the problem persists. The electronic boards seem to be ok, the measured voltages are good. I thought it might be a software (firmware) error, but I only found one for the closest model, MF4350d. Anyway, I unzipped the flash from the PCB, read it and saved it in a .BIN file. And even for the MF4350d model, if I tried to update it, I would have to install Microsoft XP, because it doesn't work on Windows 7 and 10. Can someone help me with some advice, thank you very much!
