PIXMA TR4520 not printing in black

I brought new black ink from an Amazon, idk what happened it not printing in black.I even cleaned the ink cartridges, tried deep cleaning, and tried to reset them,but still, nothing worked.

So we're all on the same page, which printer are you using (we can't tell from the images you've sent), which black ink tank? Was it a genuine Canon cartridge or a third party? Can you send images of the packaging and cartridge?

I am using Canon Pixma TR4500/4520. Yes, its a genius Canon cartridge PG 243 fine cartridge.

If the ink is not printing correctly after 2 deep cleanings, the printer will require service. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
