Hi! I'm an MacBook user with the TR4520. I recently tried to print a document wirelessly and the device is making noise as if it were printing but all I am getting are blank pages. The ink levels are not the issue. I note that my computer software is Monterrey. I saw solutions online that involve maintenance but do not have a "utility" option. How to I resolve this issue so that I can print again? Thanks!

Hi,
I recommend starting with a nozzle check to make sure the ink is flowing correctly. Please click HERE for the steps to print the nozzle check.
Let us know if your nozzle check looks like the example in the link listed in step 6.
