I just recently had a power outage. When I turn the printer back on it did not recognize the ink cartridges.
I purchased 2 new ones from Walgreens. When I installed them the error message was "cartridges were not installed correctly".
This is my second Canon TR4520 in 4 years. The first one had a similar problem but not exactly.
Before I buy another printer is there anything I can check?
