After running the clean and deep clean cycle, printer still printing very fuzzy and is barely readable. Test print is good except for the large black cartridge. Nothing there to see. All cartridges are new with plenty of ink. PleAse help. Thx
I recommend cleaning the encoder strip inside your printer. Please click HERE for the steps.
If cleaning the encoder strip does not resolve the issue, the printer has experienced an internal hardware issue and would need to be replaced.
