PIXMA MX922 Error Code 5011

I have a Cannon MX922, i am getting code "5011" cancel printing. Turn off and plug in, if problem persist call support. I did so and i am asking for help. did not work.

Thank you so much. Sorry, I don't see the accept as solution button. The printer DID come back fine tho after it was off for a couple days. Maybe I didn't follow the instructions correctly the first time. Thank you for your help. I do appreciate you.

After working fine for a few days the problem returned. It appears to be a very common problem. Anyway to cut a long story short I dumped it and went back to Epson and am now a happy printer.

Error 5011

I bought a new MG6852 and want to start, but it's not working. I directly get the message Support code 5011.

I turned the device off and tried again. But every time the same message

Garbage printer. Replace the black ink for the first time and get 5011 error. Have done everything in this thread. Nothing. DO NOT EVER BUY A CANON PRINTER.

I had this error code as well, to fix this issue power off and unplug it before it gets shut down all the way. I tried to power off and unplug it but didn't work so I decided to try power off and unplug before it shuts off, it worked on mine. Hope this helps everyone who has error code 5011

What exactly did you do? It sounds like you found a solution but I seen no real solution posted here.
