PIXMA MG2525 Stalls and Jams

Whenever trying to print with our Canon Pixma MG2525 it will make a bunch of noise and stall for about 5 seconds. Once it finally starts moving it will very quickly kicking up the paper in the feeder. Eventually, the paper will enter the printer and then jam. When trying to fix the jam no paper is visible.

Please click HERE for the steps to perform a roller cleaning on your printer. If cleaning the rollers does not resolve the issue, the printer would require service. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
