PIXMA MX870 Offline

When I try to print on my MX870, my computer says the printer is offline.  I've re-entered the wireless connection, and the printer says it is connected to our internet.  We've had this machine for quite a few years (with several different computers), and this is the first time this has happened.  Does anyone know how I can fix this?  Thank you.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MX870 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
