PIXMA MX495 printing pink

I jsut ogt new cartridges and the printer is printing everything pink.  The black is fine if I print black and white but everything in colour (including black) has a pink tinge.  Have cleaned and checked the nozzles and checked the cartridges for plastic label residue but still printing pink.  On the nozzle check I am getting 1 blue line, 2 pink and 2 yellow (the top dark blue line appears to be missing and the clocks down the side are all pink / grey with pink.. Please help.

You need to print a nozzle check and if the color cartridge does not look correct, since it is new,  it is most likely bad. This video will guide you through the nozzle check.

Thanks I have done the nozzle check, clean and deep clean and no change.  Have also physically cleaned it as guided in the youtube and no change.  Have ordered a new cartridge and will see if that works.  Thank you
