PIXMA MX492 cartridge installment problem

Have an MX492 printer. Installed ink but keep getting the message the cartridged are not proberly installed. Have done this loads of times without a problem until. Now,, they seem properly installed to me

Please let us know what the information on the ink cartridges is listed( ink number, where the cartridge was made, etc). Also, did you purchase the ink from a local store or online shop?
