I get an error message B204 on my printer but can’t seem to get answers as to what I need to get it resolved. I’ve unplugged it and turned it off and replugged it. Nothing helps.

Greetings,
Remove and reseat the ink cartridges. Then retest. If the behavior continues, the printhead is likely damaged due to overheating or other issue.
The printer has a 1 yr warranty. However, it's approximately 10 years old now. You can register the printer in your MyCanon account to see your support options.
If the printer is out of warranty, I recommend replacing it.
