Hello, I allowed both the color and b/w ink cartridges to empty and received error code in subject line. I have done the RESET several times, and have since replaced both ink cartridges. The printer LED recognizes the ink is FULL on both now, but then in a second or two the error is back...
Is this fixable ?
Have unplugged and reset where LED goes black several times...

This is a general hardware error and since you have replaced the ink and performed the reset the printer would require service.
