Can anyone tell me why the canon Quick Menu is running at start up? I see it in the MSCONFIG. The Quick Menu preference to run at start up is unchecked in the Canon Quick Menu application. I see no reason this should be running at start up.

Thank you,

This happens after you unclick the selection in QM and restart the computer?

I don't think so. The Canon Quick Menu Preference is "Start Quick menu when Windows Starts" . That box is unchecked. However in MSCONFIG / startup the Canon Quick Menu box was checked, which means it was enabled at startup. I did not check this box in MSCONFIG.

Thank you,
