PIXMA MX390 Series: Faded, misaligned print

Does anyone know how I can fix whatever is making my PIXMA MX390 Series print like this?

It just started after a paper jam.

I've tried running the Clean cycle and the Deep Clean cycle and both made no difference.

Hi Jaffa_Cake.  Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MX390 series are older models which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
