Hi. I have a problem with my Pixma MX310. I changed the toner cartridges, but they're now constantly moving left and right. I've tried turning the printer on and off, and unplugging it and plugging it back in, but it's no good. Has anyone else ever had this problem? If so, how did you fix it?
Thanks in advance.

Greetings,
This is a calibration or sensor error.
Ther printer will perform this process (normally) when powered on. If its doing it constantly, then there is probably an obstruction present, the cartridge or toner is incorrectly installed, or a sensor has failed. Not fully closing a cover or panel can also cause this to happen.
