PIXMA MP560 - ERROR 6A80

Hi, basically the error is 6A80 which required unplug the power cord and reconnect but shows the same error screen without modifications. It says...: "Printer error has occurred. Turn off power then back on again. If problem persists, see the manual."

But, downloading drivers again, uninstalling "old" drivers, restarting PC, reinstalling drivers from C:/ as Administrator,  not even helped. Looks like the Printer is blocked on that screen. I tried reinstall drivers via LAN and USB too but nothing worked.

My PC runs Windows 11 Pro (updated). Please help... Thanks...

Hi,

If there are no paper jams or obstructions and the error wont clear after unplugging, the printer would need to be replaced.

You would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.

If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please the Canon Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
