PIXMA MP495 Docs in another language after driver install

Help, I got a new PC and tried to load the MP495 print driver and now all my documents are in another language. I even emailed a doc to myself and it was also in another language and I don't know how to fix it.  I deleted those drivers but it's still in another language.  Using notes only.
