I am getting a code 2113 (the paper is not set correctly)

Windows on computer & Android on cell phone (Samsung S3). I am getting a code 2113 Printer blocked 

IMG_20220907_194538_JPG, Message on printer is The paper is not set correctly. I could not correct the problem in troubleshooting.
