Hello, I have a PIXMA MG7720 printer that is showing all of my ink cartridges bright red (still when refilled), I have replaced them and it shows them refilled on my printer when its on. I am using Sotek ink cartridges and they haven’t let me down yet. However, when I try to copy something or print from my computer the sheets are coming out blank. I did some maintenance on it and it printed the colors and black just fine—but when it comes to actually printing something in b&w it will go blank. I need some help! Thanks.
