Looking for any kind of help please! Have a PIXMA MG6620 printer and can not get the black ink to print. I have changed out all the cartridges, cleaned nozzles, and ran all the tests but still can't print a Word Doc. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Still works great, but if i can't print black, we may have to get a new one! Thank you in advance!

Hi,
If you have already done 2 cleanings and 1 deep cleaning, there may be a issue with the printer and it would require service.
If you printer is outside of it's 1 year warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please the Canon Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.

I am having the same issue. I have also done all cleanings and that seemed to make it worse. I have powered it off and will check again tomorrow. Even though I recently replaced all ink cartridges, I ordered new ones (in case these are just bad). I thought it was worth it to give it a shot (cheaper, at least).
I have had this printer since 2012 and love it. Hoping there is something that can be replaced.
