PIXMA MG6620 Printer not printing black,

Looking for any kind of help please! Have a PIXMA MG6620 printer and can not get the black ink to print. I have changed out all the cartridges, cleaned nozzles, and ran all the tests but still can't print a Word Doc. Any recommendations would be ...
