I've recently been having issues with text documents coming out all wavy & pictures coming out striped.

Nozzle cleaning & head alignments aren't working.

Any ideas?

Greetings ,

Here are some troubleshooting steps for you to take.

Align the Print Head Manually from a Windows PC - MG5620 https://share.google/H8J2xZ82rkOb2qYSw

Test result before proceeding.

Cleaning the encoder (timing) strip - MG5620 / MG6620 / MG7520 https://share.google/6lEADxi8k7GXiisPV

Note if you are using third-party inks that could also cause an print quality issue.

If prints display banding it might be the age of the print head or that it is partially clogged.  The MG5620 was released approximately 8 years ago.

The printhead may also be a replaceable, but it can be costly.  I typically recommend replacing the device as this is usually money better spent.
