I'm getting Support Code 1403 It says: "The type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print head" I've never changed print heads it has the same one that came in it. What has to be done to correct this?

This is a internal hardware failure error and even replacing the print head may not resolve the issue. It may even be more cost effective to replace the printer compared to having it serviced.
