PIXMA MG5220 Error Message

apeters480

My PIXMA MG5220 printer will not print due to error message"6C10".   I followed the instructions given to me by a Canon represantative,   I turned the printer off , disconnected the power cord, pushed the Start Collor Button 5 times, waited for 15 minutes, connected the power cord, and turned the printer on.  It still would not print.

What do I do now?

Do a google search  for legal action on this issue...you will find some interesting information... I would say more but the monitors are not too keen on the word spreading.  I would put Canon, then the error code, then settlement talks... if that doesn't produce the results, play with the search parameters.
