i am having problems with replacing my ink. i have brought 2 sets of ink and each time i continue to get the error message ink not recognized or 5100 check that there is nothing in the way. and there is nothing blocking its path please help soon need it for my schoolwork thank you.
Could you take a picture of the ink cartridges and attach it to your reply? If not, please reply with the information on the ink cartridges( ink number, where the cartridge was made, etc).
