My Canon MG3620 scanner/printer suddenly went from printing bright colors to printing dull colors. For instance red is now maroon (see image ATTACHED). I even bought a new MG3620 scanner/printer but the printer still prints dull colors. This indicates it is NOT printer but the ‘drivers(?)’ Could some update have messed things up?

Delete and reinstall the driver and see what happens. Have you run a nozzle check?

All caps posting is not appreciated - sorry that my trying to help you is an annoyance.
Can you post a phone a phone shot of the nozzle check?

It was NOT ALL CAPS! Only one CAP in this part of the post; "*sigh* Done all that and..." Your apology accepted. Nozzle check is perfect but neither a scan or phone image comes out clear.

What are you comparing the nozzle check to?
Does it happen with all documents or just the one you posted.
