I have a G7020 using Apple laptop and iPhone. My issue is with colors on printed docs. Blue items appear red/pink

Hi vartabed,
To resolve this issue, please first print a test page. Please follow the steps on this page to do so:
G7000 series > Maintenance > If Printing Is Faint or Uneven > Printing the Nozzle Check Pattern
Once printed, please compare your printout with the example on this page:
G7000 series > Maintenance > If Printing Is Faint or Uneven > Examining the Nozzle Check Pattern
If your printout does not have a black grid at the top followed by 2 blue, 2 pink and 2 yellow bars, please perform a few printhead cleanings. To do that, please follow the steps on this page:
G7000 series > Maintenance > If Printing Is Faint or Uneven > Cleaning the Print Head
After 2 or 3 cleanings, print another Nozzle check.
If the Nozzle check still does not print correctly, please perform an ink flush by following the instructions on this page:
G7000 series > How to Perform Ink Flush
