PIXMA MG3620 Unable to find model name to setup!

I just got the Canon PIXMA MG3620

I've installed the app, the only model number I can see on the printer is "MG3620" which of course isn't an option on app. The serial number is KNWF5XXXX. SOMEONE HELPPPP

Is the app you are referring to the Canon installation software?

If so, frequently the software applies to anumber of printers in the same family. Is there a choice for "MG3600 Series"?
