PIXMA MG3620 Unable to find model name to setup!

I just got the Canon PIXMA MG3620I've installed the app, the only model number I can see on the printer is "MG3620" which of course isn't an option on app. The serial number is KNWF5XXXX. SOMEONE HELPPPP
