Hi!
My MG 3620 printer has stopped printing pictures. It will only print documents. When I try to print a photo, the box just disappears, and the printer doesn't do anything. I have tried printint several pictures with no luck, but I have no problems with documents. It was printing with no issues just a few days ago. Any ideas?

Hi Celestialsol,
We can assist you with your issue, but we would need a little more information.
Are you using Windows? If so, what version? If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?
Are you using your PIXMA MG3620 wirelessly? Or are you using it with a USB cable?
When you attempt to print a photo, what application are you using (ex: Photoshop, Preview, Lightroom, etc)?
Have you printed a nozzle check? If so, did your printout match the example below?
If not, to print a nozzle check, please follow the steps listed in the manual, which can be access by clicking THIS LINK.
