Hello,
For the Canon MG3620 error with a constant orange light and spinning blue arrow during the Register Printer stage, try the following steps:

  1. Restart Printer and Router: Power off both your printer and router for a minute, then turn them back on. This can resolve connectivity issues.

  2. Recheck Wi-Fi Setup: Ensure that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and not in setup mode.

  3. Reinstall Drivers: Uninstall the printer drivers and software, then reinstall them using the latest version from Canon's official website.

  4. Manual Registration: If the automatic registration fails, try registering the printer manually through the Canon account portal.

Hopefully, these steps will help you resolve the issue and get your printer running smoothly. Let me know if you need more assistance!

Best Regards,
Joan Martin
