I have an MG3022 injection printer. I know I should upgrade, but I like what I have a want to keep it.
The Canon website says my printer works with the 245XL and 246XL cartridges. I call BS. I have purchased the XLs and they don't fit.
Are there any versions of the MG3022 (mine is from Walmart) that don't support the XL cartridges?

When using Genuine Canon Cartridges, the following have been tested as compatible:
PG-245/PG-243: Pigment Black Ink
CL-246 /CL-244: Dye Based Color Ink
FINE INK CARTRIDGE & FILL VOLUME
PG-245 PGBK 8.0 ml (Std) / 12.0 ml (XL)
CL-246 Color 9.0 ml (Std) / 13.0 ml (XL)
PG-243 PGBK 5.6 ml
CL-244 Color 6.2 ml

I don’t have that printer, but for the printers I have/had the XL and XXL cartridges were all the same size; just more ink. Did you buy Canon OEM cartridges? That’s all I have ever used.

Yes. I got them from Walmart. The same one I got the printer from. The XLs wouldn't snap in. I could get them about 90% of the way in. Just not fully seated.
