I have looked at all the comments dating back to 2015, same problem . you are telling people to cut on and off 15 minutes. Nothing is working, making a clicking noise. I have no reason to call the 1800 number, because it will be the same situation . This printer is a disaster. I don’t have a receipt to take this crap back . A waist of money and bought 2 extra rolls of ink , hope they will take them back
