Please can anyone help? I’ve got an MG3250 printer and have been getting the error message that the absorbent trays are almost full. I’ve taken them out and cleaned them and then replaced. I continue to get the error message so cleaned them again. I still get the error message even though they are clean and it’s hindering the ability to print. Do I need to do a factory reset on the printer, or is there another step I need to carry out?
