I have Pixma MG2522 and I am not able to print anymore. I just purchased this product on 01/12/2023 and I printed from it one time. There is no paper jammed and I have turned it off turned back on several times but it want print. It will act like it will print by taking the paper but it want print anything out. It is not giving any error message nor is a light flashing. There is nothing in my print queue. I am not sure what is going on. It will scan all day but will not print anything out. I have even done a clean on it and it want print out a nozzle pattern. Please can I get some assistance with this.

Since the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program.
