Hello! My printer hasnt worked properly since it was purchased for me [05/10/22]. Everything is setup correctly. Print cartridges are inserted correctly, downloaded everything associated with the product. Not information is displayed on the paper whenever I print something. Please help me. Im tired of paying extra for prints when I have a unused new printer. Thanks in advance everyone.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and which applications you're printing from. It would also help to get more information on exactly is happening when you try to print. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
