At the end of installation, it tells me "cannot detect printer" and to disconnect and reconnect to computer. After I do this is shows "printer detected" but then a few minutes later goes back to not detected. Then, says "unable to install drivers" What do I do?
Using Windows 7

Hi,
If you have another USB port, I would try using that. If you dont have a free USB port, try plugging the mouse in where the printer was connected and then connect the printer to where the mouse was.
If you are using a laptop, please make sure the laptop is connected to an outlet and not running off battery power.
