I cannot comment my Canon Pixma G7020 to my MS Surface Pro 9 running Windows 11 and
Processor: Microsoft SQ3 3.0 GHz processor
System type: 64-bit OS ARM-based processor
When I run the set up software, I get a message stating that device cannot connect to my device because the OS is incompatible.

Hi BrianV,
The PIXMA G7020 is compatible with Windows 11 and your Surface Pro.
The Surface Pro uses an ARM processor. Canon has not developed drivers for use with ARM processors. To use your PIXMA G7020 with your Surface Pro, please open Devices and Printers in Control Panel. Once open, please click on Add Printer to add your G7020 to your Surface.
More information regarding this can be viewed using this link:
