I own a Canon MG3620. I have just purchased a MS Surface Pro Laptop.
No problem getting the Surface Pro to connect to and print on the new computer. However I am having a problem installing software. I have used the Quick Menu since I bought the printer and while I finally found it and installed it on my new computer, when I open the program, it has no icons.
1. How do I get the Quick Menu to populate with the proper icons?
2. Is this the right software package to enable me to easily access the printer features? Any other recommended software?

The icons that appear on the Qucik Menu are links to other Canon programs such as Easy-PhotoPrint and My Image Garden.
These applications are available for download from the Support Page of your PIXMA MG3620:
