My Quick menu disappeared and I had to reload it. After reloading, I can no longer use the scan on my MG3620 printer. I continue to get the message " IJ networking scanner selector EX cannot be found. Reinstall scanner driver." I have tried multiply time to install the scanner drive from the support page for the printer with no luck. I am using Windows11 now and non to happy with it. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
