PIXMA G7020 will not take paper in the rear tray. - Urgent!

I have a small business and I am trying to complete orders. I need them sent out ASAP.

I am trying to print from the rear tray, it is a thick paper that cannot be used in the casette. I haven't printed thick paper in awhile, but I did print envelopes on it yesterday. 

I put in the paper and then try to print, it tries to suck the paper in and does slightly on the left side and then it pops back out. 

I have opened the cover, and there's no jam. I opened the back, took both parts out, and there's nothing there either. 

I have tried to clean the rollers for the back about 4 times to no avail. 

What else can I do? I can't afford a new printer right now, I just need to get this one working.

What is the exact brand, type and weight of the media you are printing on?

The printer supports specialty papers with a weight of 53 lbs or less.

Zicoto Glossy paper. It says 80 microns thick.

I searched the knowledge base and didn't find anything helpful. 

My canon is registered, but it's not giving me additional support options.  It referred me to the forums

If you look at the knowledge base article I referenced, it says that specialty papers are supported up to 53 lbs.  Papers which are 80 microns or approximately 80 to 100 lbs.  This appears to be about 30 lbs or more over what the printer is rated for.

Based on my research, this was the best option for my business. 

Aside from that,  the ink quit working completely.  After a ton of maintenance,  got everything working again and got my orders completed.

I'm so glad I did not chose to pay for the tech support option it wanted me to.
