I have the G7020 AIO. A couple of issues. I am running Windows 11 and the printer is connected wirelessly. When I try to print a document it takes a very long time before the printer will start.
Item 2. When trying to scan, the document will start, then error message document is jammed. Try just one sheet, same thing. Try different paper, same thing.
I am about to give up on my many years of being a Canon customer.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G7020 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of these issues and resolve them or provide you with your available service options.
