PIXMA G7020, purchase January 2022 and it worked perfect until I tried to put black ink in

the reservoir but the ink will not run in. I've run a  clean and a maintenance. It has given me 5990 pages and

now I cannot print as all pages show very little ink on the pages I try to print. Has anyone have this problem?

Please follow all of the steps provided on this page here:

G7000 series > Maintenance > If Printing Is Faint or Uneven > Maintenance Procedure

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G7020 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
