The copies from this printer have become very faint. All the ink wells are over half full. What gives?

Hi,
Please click HERE for the steps to print the nozzle check. Once it prints, click the link in step 5 and compare your print out to the example. If your nozzle check does not match the example, you can try the nozzle cleaning and deep cleaning.
If the nozzle check is good and your prints from the computer are good, I recommend making a scan of a picture or document. When you make the scan check to see if part or all of the scan looks faint. If it is, there may be a issue with the scanning element not scanning correctly and causing the copies to look faded.
If the scanning element is not the issue, you may need to adjust the copy settings which you can find HERE.
