There was a message on my printer asking to update firmware. I clicked OK. When i returned there was an error code 6A80. I have tried restarting and resetting the printer and the code returns upon startup. It appears this firmware update bricked my printer that was functioning perfectly fine beforehand. What do I do? I cannot find any way to contact Canon directly about this. No longer under warranty.
