PIXMA G7020 paper comes out blank, error code 5200

I have a Canon G7020 - all of a sudden it does not print anything. Paper comes out blank. I filled the black ink container and did all the maintenance like cleaning, head alignment etc. It errors out with code 5200 when doing deep cleaning. I unplugged it for 10 minutes and tried again. Still does not print anything. My black ink container is full but the color ink containers are empty. I am only printing a word document in black.

Please advise what else can I do to make it work. The printer is 2 years old.

Ink line has a bubble block most likely, this may help:

Derrick,

Thaank you for your prompt attention to my post. I had googled and tried those tips before I posted the problem. I tried it again today and it prints very fade. The black ink is full - I refilled it after flushing it. Only the color ink is low (Color ink is on order) - I am only printing a black Word document. I logged into support and my care pack with Canon expired a week ago. Please let me know where I can get it serviced, if that is the issue. Thanks for your continued attention.

there is some improvement. I filled up the color tank - flushed inks - waited 10 minutes with printer unplugged and printed a document. It printed color lines only but black lines are faded. Now its a different problem - black does not print but color prints fine. Inks are all full
