PIXMA G7020: Queue continues to say doc is "Printing" after it is complete

I'm using the G7020 with Windows 10. After it prints a document, the queue says "Printing" even after the doc has printed. If I have requested another doc, I have to press "Cancel" next to the previous one, after which the new doc will go ahead and print. Any advice? Thanks.

Are you using your PIXMA G7020 wirelessly?
or with a USB cable?

Have you tried using Windows Update (in Control Panel) to update your version of Windows 10 to the latest version?
